When will my package be shipped?
We expect your package to be shipped out within 3-5 business days of placing your order, during our non-promotional periods. You will receive an email notification once your package ships. Additionally, orders placed after large volume sales are subject to an additional 5-7 day processing and handling. All packages are processed in the order in which they were received.
Do you ship Internationally?
At the current time, we only ship within the United States, However, we understand the demand and excitement from customers abroad, which is why we are actively working on expanding our shipping areas to reach a wider audience. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can experience the quality and satisfaction that our products bring. Stay tuned, as we are diligently making preparations to offer our exceptional services to international customers in the near future.
Can I get a refund?
Due to our eco-friendly production method, which involves making each bottle in small batches and taking time to ensure quality, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once you have placed or received your order. All sales are final. To minimize waste and promote sustainability, we produce only the amount of bottles estimated to be ordered each month. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and support in our efforts to create a more sustainable world.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final. We are unable to offer cancellations because we order ingredients and supplies based on how many orders we expect to receive each month. This is done to be fair to other customers and to make sure your products are made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Fresh ingredients mean a fresh product, so you don't have to worry about it sitting on a shelf for a long time before it reaches you.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged, please email us at admin@moodycurls.com with your order number. We will replace or refund your order. If your items are damaged, please send us a photo of the damage. If your package is lost, we will send you a link to a form from the insurance company. You need to fill out the form to confirm that you never received your package. Once the form is approved, we will ship your package. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
